Operation Method of Bone Meat Cutting Saw
1. Adjust the blade bar up or down to the proper height according to the food height and fix it.
2. Adjust the thickness adjusting plate according to the thickness of the meat block required. After adjustment, check the distance between the saw blade and the bearing to ensure that the clearance between the saw blade and the bearing is about 1mm. Otherwise, adjust the bearing fixing block.
3. Use must be good with wire gloves, is strictly prohibited to push by hand, you must bring good protective equipment; hand rotation when the machine do not close to the saw blade, to avoid accidental hand injury.
4. Press the start switch, adjust the speed knob, according to the pusher feel, choose a more appropriate operating speed of the saw blade, the operation should not be too careful to push the sawed items, otherwise it will cause the saw blade to fall off or damage.
5. The operator stand in front of the machine, the items level, straight push.
6. When changing the saw blade, saw tooth to expose the saw wheel 2mm.
